What to put in the subject line

If it's about a specific topic, putting it in the subject helps us route your message to the right answer faster:

  • Setup help — stuck on phone forwarding or the lead log
  • Billing — anything to do with your subscription, invoices, refunds
  • Cancel — we'll process inside one working day
  • Change my voice / prompt — want Pickup to introduce your business differently?
  • Partnership — trade associations, software integrations, press

Where we are

Pickup is operated by Ralf Jungling, a sole trader trading as Pickup, based in the United Kingdom. We answer emails from UK working hours, generally 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you email out of hours, expect a reply when we're back at our desks the next morning.
