Pickup is a small team. Most emails get answered within the hour during UK working time. There's no support ticket queue, no chatbot, no “your call is important to us” — just us.

Where we are
Pickup is operated by Ralf Jungling, a sole trader trading as Pickup, based in the United Kingdom. We answer emails from UK working hours, generally 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you email out of hours, expect a reply when we're back at our desks the next morning.
